  • When returning any item, you will have responsibility for paying for your own shipping costs which are non-refundable.

  • As soon as the Lift Foils team have received the item you will be notified and it will then be inspected and a diagnosis of issues/replacement information provided by a technician.

Can my eFoil be returned?

All sales are final on all products.

If the product is damaged what can I do?

Any product that is damaged whilst in transit to you will be replaced at no extra cost. If the product is damaged whilst in normal use by you, it may be returned and repaired for a fee following an evaluation from Lift Foils support team.
